Our most recent itinerary visits one of South East Asia's newly emerging tourist hotspots, Vietnam. We traverse the country from top to bottom, starting in the countries capital of Hanoi, and departing from the major city at the other end of Vietnam, Saigon. In between, we will experience some spectacular coastal and inland scenery, pretty and historic towns and villages, as well as glimpses into village life, in simple fishing villages, rice fields and river life on the impressive Mekong river delta. We also pop in on a couple of Tropical beach getaways, yet to be swamped with western tourists. Come and see this dynamic country, its warm and friendly people, and experience its recent turbulent history, before the charm becomes too commercialized! Join us on this 24 day adventure, now!

Simplification of the Vietnamese Visa Process
Traditionally, the Vietnamese government has not be particularly welcoming of tourists and western visitors, and as a result, have created a visa system that until recently has been very inflexible, time-consuming and expensive. Fortunately, in recent times, although a visa is still required for all western visitors, local businesses have been able to streamline the process. It must be noted though, visa on arrival is still not available, unless a Vietnamese travel agent or Visa agent has pre-organized one for you. To save the genuine hassle of sending your passport and details to your local Vietnamese embassy (usually not very local!), I recommend a Vietnam Visa Service.
